Common Problems

Can I track my package if I didn't order online?

Yes, you can track your order whether you ordered online, by phone, by fax or mail.

Can I track my order before it has been shipped?

No. You can not track your order until it has actually been shipped. All orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours, and orders are not shipped on the weekend and major holidays.

Can I track my order if it is delivered outside of the USA?

No. Unfortunately only orders delivered to an address in the USA, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, can be tracked online. Tracking is currently not available for international orders or order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

I Keep getting an error message.

Possible problems include the following:

Your order may not yet have been shipped. We ship most orders within 24-72 hours, but an order placed on Friday evening will not be shipped until the following Monday, or the puzzle that you ordered may be temporarily out of stock. However, if you are unable to track your order online, it does not necessarily mean that it has not been shipped yet.

Make sure the last name of recipient is entered, and not your name if your order is a gift. There should be a no suffix entered.

Make sure the zip code entered is the zip code of where your order will be delivered. However, if the zip code you gave us is incorrect according to the UPS zip code database, you will be unable to track your order online.

Make sure you have the date of your order correct. If you can't remember the date of your order, pick a date that is a few days before you know you ordered.

Your order was addressed to a business or an organization without a last name. If this is the case, make sure to enter the full name of the business or organization exactly as you submitted it to us. If you can't remember, just check your purchase confirmation e-mail.

If you are still having problems, please e-mail us for the quickest resolution of your problem with your question, and a copy of your purchase confirmation e-mail if you ordered online. Our phone operators are not equipped to handle tracking questions.

Is order tracking free?

Of Course. This is just another way we make sure that customer service is top notch at The Puzzle House.
