There are four easy ways to order.

USA Shipping
Costs
USA: $10.99 First Puzzle, 1.50 cents each
additional puzzle.
All orders over $149 in
the Continental USA receive free shipping.
Please make sure to include all suite or apartment
numbers in your address if applicable to insure
prompt delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
Additional shipping charge apply based on the weight
and number of puzzles ordered.
International Orders
All international orders
placed over the internet will only be shipped to the
credit card holders main address on their credit
card account. We use an advanced AVS (Address
Verification System) to check all credit card orders
to prevent fraud. If you need an international order
shipped to a different address, you can mail us an
international money order. Make sure to e-mail us
before you do this so that we may quote you the
correct shipping costs.
Due to new postal
regulations, we can no longer ship orders to Europe
to P.O. Boxes (a physical address is required).
A phone number is also now required for all
international orders.
Due to the wide
variation in shipping costs around the world,
international shipping will automatically be
calculated for you if you order online before your
credit card is billed. All international orders are
shipped air post via the United States Post Office
or via UPS, and typically take 2-4 weeks to be
delivered. However, if you wish to order by phone or
fax, please fax 1-603-924-1606, or
e-mail The Puzzle
House for a shipping quote. Please include your
country, and the size and number of puzzles you want
to order. This is required so we can find you the
cheapest shipping cost available.
